Chakra Balancing

The Chakras run from the top of your head (Crown area) down to the base of your spine (Root). There are seven main Chakras and twenty one minor Chakras. During the session we primarily focus on the seven main Chakras. Each Chakra is like a spinning disk of energy which rotates in a clockwise direction.

How Will My Chakras Become Balanced?

The practitioner will begin the healing session by turning on soothing music. The practitioner will have you lay on a massage table, fully clothed, where they can assess each chakra running along the spine. They will use their hands or a pendulum to feel the energy centers and see which chakras are balanced, over-active, or under-active. They will start from your root chakra and work their way up to your crown chakra, feeling each chakra and using their energy and chakra stones to bring it back into balance.

When our energy is out of balance, one or more of the Chakras are spinning too slow, too fast or even sometimes counterclockwise. Sometimes a Chakra will even stop spinning, which means you have a blockage. During a Chakra Balancing Session, the practitioner assesses the flow of energy, removes any blockages, evens out the energy flow from all the Chakras and will cleanse the Auric field. When your Chakras are balanced, in most cases you feel balanced and lighter.
