If you are unsure where to start but just feel like you need some healing, I suggest Reiki as it’s a gentle introduction to Energy Healing and working with me.

Each Reiki session includes basic light therapy, sound healing (tuning forks), and the Reiki. You can purchase an additional 60 minutes personal sound healing with the crystal bowls (and other instruments) for an additional fee ($50). See the links below for more details.
